This is delicious!
It is quite acidic, but not in a cloying way. It has a subtle sweetness of wasanbon and a refined, silky rice flavor, and the aftertaste is refreshing without being heavy.
Everything is perfectly balanced.
It is so delicious and easy to drink that you may end up drinking too much of it.
By the way, it seems to be read as "Fukufuku.
It has an uplifting taste, so we feel that the company has a good sense in naming and labeling a sake with this taste.
I would definitely like to try other sake from this brewery.
