Akebono Shuzo's "Tenmei", a brand I was interested in.
Oragami junmai sake made from Yamadanishiki and Gohyakumangoku grapes.
The aroma and taste have a fruity 🍎 flavor.
It is smooth on the tongue with an initial sweetness, followed by bitterness and a touch of alcohol!
The lingering aftertaste was a robust impression.â
