This is the first time to drink SummerMoon.
The aroma is rice.
It is strange, like vanilla essence.
Is it brewer's alcohol?
The mouthfeel is somewhat complex
It has sweetness, umami, and spiciness.
I think the alcohol additives make the taste more complex.
Of all the Nabeshima I've had
I think it is the most unappealing to my palate
I drank it in a thin wine glass.
The way the aroma stands out is totally different.
