The third drink at my favorite yakitori restaurant was Kido by Heiwa Shuzo.
This time it was hiyaoroshi.
This is the first time for me to drink Kido's hiyaoroshi!
Let's have it right away!
First, the aroma. The aroma is not so strong.
When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the spiciness and a hint of sweetness.
You can also taste the umami.
I was under the impression that it would be dry, and it is true that the dryness is strong, but that is Kido. It was a delicious sake with good umami and aroma!
