Junmai medium body and ⚡️kire🍶.
Hachitan Nishiki
First purchase of Shinrai, which has a cool thunder god label that I've seen from time to time.
I thought I had seen this god of thunder somewhere before. I thought I had seen this thunder god somewhere before, but according to the brewery website, it is the thunder god from the famous painting by Tawaraya Sotatsu from the Edo period (⚡️).
Uetate aroma is fresh green, a little bit of Semeda Junmai Ginjo aroma 😊.
The sweetness and spiciness is slightly dry with a medium mouthfeel. It is fresh with a slight gasiness.
The umami is acidic and bitter with a strong sharpness with a lot of original alcohol 😋😋😋.
This is my first time drinking Shinrai, but I think this sourness makes it a summer sake 🍶.
I think the acidity is a summer sake 🍶 but when served cold (room temperature), the acidity comes out more strongly and it depends on personal preference.
Price: 2,819 yen without tax
It is a cool label.
It's a stylish label.
