I saw it at an antenna store and bought it.
The sweetness softly came on top of the sourness which quickly receded.
The taste is not too strong, but rather, it is like a breeze that carries the deliciousness along with it.

I also finally came across a sake from Miyazaki yesterday. The person at the restaurant seemed to have purchased it from a brewery in Miyazaki and offered it to me as a special treat. The rest of one prefecture is of course there.
