The picture of the fish printed on the bottle was so cute that I couldn't resist buying it.
I have had a bottle of Hikakami itself, but this may be the first time I have purchased it in a bottle.
Just hearing the words "first shibori-shu" and "unfiltered nama-shu" is enough to get me excited.
The taste is fresh and crisp, with a nice sharpness.
It certainly goes well with fish.
