I think it's the new one from Reborn. It's more acidic.
The aroma is acidic, but sweet and mild. It is close to navel orange 🍊.
The mouthfeel is quite sweet with chili fizz. The aroma on the nose is full of fresh sweet acidity, and I have the impression that it controls the grain's exasperation well.
Many of the sakes in this series have a more lemony acidity, but I think this one is closer to Sairai.
It is my favorite type of sake, but it may not be enough for those who are looking for a good acidity 🤭.

I think it's Sairai for sweet and mellow, and Reborn for fresh and acidic.
This one is just right in the middle 👍.
