This will be my last regular business trip to Sendai. And I have been to Matsushima several times, so I guess it will be the last time. The view from the cruise ship was spectacular, and I wanted to burn it into my memory for the last time... so I came. Before that, I had oyster bowl and sake. A delicious sake with a delicious flavor but with a clean aftertaste! I thought it would be a food sake, but it was so easy to drink that about 70% of it ended up being an aperitif! However, it goes perfectly with oysters during a meal. Fried oysters, for example, seemed to wash out the inside of my mouth.

Nobu Nobu, hello! I was reacting to the sheer amount of oysters in your oyster bowl😲. Sake that goes well with the meal and doesn't interfere with it is delicious 😋. Matsushima, I remember visiting there with my wife a few years ago 🤗 I missed it so much!
