I bought a bottle of Nagurayama Junodai Hatsurai!
It has a gorgeous ginjo aroma.
It's sweet, juicy, fresh and delicious on the palate. 😋😋😋😋

The above is my impression of the just-opened cold sake.
When it comes to room temperature, it has even better aroma and umami 😋.
Then, I warmed it up to lukewarm.
It has a gorgeous fruity aroma and juicy flavor. 😋😋😋😋
After a few days, it was not so sweet. It's not sweet.
The bitterness balances the sweetness, and it is also delicious.
The slight gas made the bitterness less noticeable. While being fired, it shows various expressions depending on the time axis after the bottle is opened, and all of them are delicious.
