I was told by the store owner that this sake goes well with heated sake...so I tried it cold (at room temperature) first. (^_-)-☆☆ It tastes a little sharp, but it has a soft taste.
The soft taste and full aroma is probably because it is 100% Yamada-Nishiki sake. 😄
Tonight's snacks were garlic fried clams and lettuce, fried lotus root and pork belly, and sashimi of sea bream and fresh farmed tuna. ✌️
The stir fry is a little bit rich, but the Junmai sake made it refreshing and delicious. The sashimi enhanced the flavor of the fish. 😋
We also had it hot as recommended by the liquor store. The slightly sharp taste of the original sake faded and the flavor became more mellow. 😘😘
Tonight we enjoyed it with some edamame (green soybeans) as a snack. 😍😍
