Summer Pilgrimage Sake (2 bottles 😆) obtained over the weekend.
Lighter than usual Koshi, slightly effervescent.
Sweetness and rice flavor are strong. Good acidity.
I checked the comments on last year's Summer Pilgrimage Sake and found that there was a hint of bitterness, but I didn't detect it this year.
