I brought this as a souvenir when I went back to my wife's parents' house and had it with eel!
HIROKI Junmai Ginjo Black Label
Black Label has a strong image of a clear and crisp taste, but after letting it sit in the fridge for the summer, the mild umami flavor took over and it was delicious!
I enjoyed the sense of maturity in a good way and was careful not to drink too much!
Rice polishing ratio : 40% for koji rice, 50% for kake rice
Alcohol content: 16%.
