At the direct sales counter, they bottle the sake right in front of you from the tap, and sell it by weight. There were three sizes of bottles: 300, 720, and 1 square.
The aroma is fruity, but the mouthfeel is strong and grainy, as is the case with 17-degree unpasteurized sake.
When I drank it with hot water (7 parts undiluted sake and 3 parts boiling water), the sweetness came out and the atmosphere changed a lot.
A side note
The hormone at a nearby butcher shop that serves fresh hormone was also delicious.
