I wandered alone at the after-party to a bar-like oden restaurant, Tabito. Expecting sake, which is hard to find in Okayama, I went there again today. Today, I had a chance encounter with Abe. This is another brand I was curious about.
It started out a little sweet and ended up dry and tangy, giving it a sense of balance.
Served with daikon radish oden.
