Kamo Kinshu "Mr. Apple Born in a Wooden Barrel" purchased at "Takimoto" in Kyoto! Just by looking at the label, I could feel the sweet and sour taste, so I bought it⭕.
I wondered if it had the aroma of a wooden vat? I was a little worried, but oh well!
The taste is as sweet and sour as it claims! I thought it would be more refreshing sweet and sour with a strong clean feeling, but I guess the taste is a little more flavorful than clean. This flavor may be due to the aroma of the wooden vat.

Good evening, Mr. Kissey 🦉.
I see you went to Takimoto's! I haven't been there recently, so this is my first time to see this sake 😳I like sweet and sour so I'm curious 😁.

I go to Kyoto every week for work, and so far I feel that "Takimoto" has the best selection in Kyoto.
If you know of any other good stores, please let me know.

I see you go there every week! Maybe you know more about it than I do😆.
As you said, Takimoto is big. As you probably know, Yamamoto in Sanjo Keihan and Nishimura in Kita-Shirakawa also have a variety of products 😊.

Thank you for your valuable information!
Mr. Yamamoto and Mr. Nishimura
I will look for it!
I'm still looking for a place where I can get a brand that Takimoto-san doesn't carry.
Thank you, thank you!
Thank you very much!
