Keihan Department Store Sake Festival 8
The Takasago Sake Brewery from Hokkaido rarely comes to Kansai.
They almost never come to events.
The salesman's way of speaking was somewhat like Yoohee's, which made me feel familiar with him 😁.
We drank
Snow-stored Junmai-shu
Made with Comet. It was refreshing and a little spicy.
Junmai Ginjo
It is made with Kitashizuku. I have seen it at Maya.
It is refreshing and gorgeous, but has a nutty taste.
Junmai Daiginjo Hokkaido Limited
This is also a refreshing type.
Junmai Daiginjo Ungaisoten
This sake is limited to the brewery. Gorgeous and elegant sake.
Hokkaido Limited Junmai Nama Nama Sake
I read the description and it seems to be an unfiltered raw sake.
I think it has a nutty taste too 🤔.
Junmai Ginjyo Nama-genshu
When I talked about Ezo-no-Kuma, which is a limited edition, he said this was a similar type of sake. I think it was the best one I had at this booth, but it was nutty 🥜.
Junmai Daiginjyo Hyoketsu Storage Asahi Kamui
This one is made with Yamadanishiki. It's like a high-class clean water.
It's got to be good 🤣.
Junmai Daiginjo Nijuhachi
Sake with 28% polished rice 😳.
This is the most delicious one. I thought it was Yamada, but I thought it was great and rare to use local rice in this class.
Overall it felt nutty 🤔.
