It had been a long time since he had had Sharaku, and he had high expectations for it because it was the first time to be squeezed.
It has a freshness of nama-shu and the umami of rice,
The sweetness was stronger than expected.
I had the impression that the aftertaste would be sharp,
Overall, the impression was of a cohesive taste. It was delicious.
Even at room temperature, the sweetness was gentle and nice.
