This sake is brewed by our unique low-temperature, long-term brewing method using "Rikkisui," one of the 100 best waters in Japan, which flows from the Kurikoma mountain range, as the brewing water. It's hand-packed and carefully bottle-fired only once.
It's a bit like a domaine. It's like a domaine.
It has a mild ginjo aroma with a hint of sourness, and when you drink it, the fresh, fruity sweetness and acidity will make your tongue tingle pleasantly.
Hints of muscat spread across the palate, followed by a fresh umami that caresses the taste buds and lingers on the throat with a sweet bitterness near melon rind 🙏.
It is a refined and deep jewel-like flavor that truly lives up to its Japanese name "Suitama" (emerald).
Speaking of Ryoseki, "Hanayuup", which was recently created with technical support from Jyushiyo's Takagi Brewery, is very popular, but this "Suidama" has also inherited the excellent Ryoseki suite and is not at all inferior ✨✨.
