The 100th bottle for the commemorative year 2025 is the 弐式 Origami, one of my favorite Senkou's classics!
When I was informed last year, I thought that only Zero and One were available for the Classic, so when the Niki was released, I was so excited lol.
Originally, the classic was a light orikori type, but this Type 2 was more orikori.
The taste has the beautiful melting mouthfeel and flavor of the classic, but the flavor has been further enhanced.
The unique melt-in-your-mouth flavor and the sweetness that is not too flashy make Sengoku the best classic sake I have ever tasted.
I will continue to buy it whenever I find it.

The milestone sake is SENKOU which is the most drunk sake 🎵.
I'd like to try many other SENKOU sake this year because I can't drink most of them 😋.
