Our partner gave us a wonderful request to break the seal of Hana-yosu during the New Year's holiday!
It has a unique hana-yosu-like aroma.
I had an image that it had become more bitter for a while.
but this Huayouyoubou is like a return to before that.
It has a mango-like aroma.
It's not that gorgeous and sparkling, but I think it's close to the sake that people who like sake like.
To be honest, it was so far out of my taste that I sometimes didn't buy it even if it was in the store.
I have the impression that it has changed a lot.
It is a sweet and delicious sake with a rich flavor.
But it is not too rich.
It goes down very smoothly.
My partner is singing in a good mood in the kitchen after drinking Houou Mita and Hanayoukou.
