We bought this bottle at Sera Masumi on Thursday, and opened it on Saturday when we got home.
It is light and slowly sizzles. It would have been better if it had been cooled a little more. But it's very complete.
Sera Masumi had a bottle of cask sake, but it was sold out at 720 ml, so I gave up on it. A bottle would not fit in the refrigerator at the inn, and there were only two bottles left, so I guess it was already sold out.
The store was crowded with people tasting Gokuraku sets and foreigners.
This trip, we loaded four styrofoam boxes for sake in the car and refrigerated them at the inn during the night.
The car can hold one bottle of sake and eight four-packs of four-packs 😄.
