When I bought it, the owner recommended that I let it sit for almost a month because it was hard... so I let it sit, but I let it sit for almost 6 months. I opened the bottle to clean out the cellar ✨. When I opened the bottle and poured it, the aroma was fresh and lush, like muscat and melon soda. The mouthfeel is fresh, clear, and beautiful. It doesn't have the umami or richness of the regular product, but the balance between the astringent taste and the moderate sweetness from the minerality is of quintessential "Sharaku" quality 👍. The juicy feeling of aroma and sweetness is close to "Kudokutei" and "Bakuren" type! And since it disappears like a flash of brilliance, you can drink it with pleasure due to its elegance. The quality is no less than jun-dai or daigin series. If it comes out again this year, I would like to try the Tojo one this time 😋.
