An extra edition of the mini-bottle series that I have personally enjoyed recently
We will be having Aizan and Miyamanishiki in the Takachiyo 59 series drinking comparison!
The aroma was like honey, and when I took a sip, the rich sweetness and acidity spread in my mouth at once. It is a very beautiful bottle, and it is hard to say which one is better than the other.
Rice polishing ratio: 59% (Ogihira rice polishing)
Alcohol content: 16%.
