The last time I was at Yamanaka Sake Shop, I felt
"Many women drink alone!"
I was impressed by how the times have changed and went into a delusional mode.
I was like, "........., it's a customer from over there!"
Don't you guys want to do that? 🤣
...... and the stupid opening of the site.
Ho ho ho!
I've come to the conclusion that a wine glass is the best choice.
The slim glass shown in the picture gives the impression that the balance of the five flavors is limited.
It can be drunk quickly and smoothly with no sweetness.
If you finish the wine as it is, you will be a mottainai obake!
Switch to Riedel.
I would like you to taste the "aroma" of the superb rice first in a wine glass.
Yes, this sake is pure rice flavor.
The first time you swallow it with the aroma, you will feel like a different person!
The sweetness, umami, and accompanying acidity spread explosively, and it cannot be easily described as fruity, but rather a refined, millimeter-by-millimeter adjustment of the sake.
Even so, I am afraid that "rice wine" is the best way to describe it.
All of them are superb, from cold sake to chilled sake (.........), but I vote for the chilled sake zone where you can immerse yourself in the fine white peach aroma and pleasant sweetness.

2nd day
The acidity was pulled back in the back of the bottle when it was cold!
So today, I voted for a cold sake to taste the acidity.

Mr. Sake-run konbanha!
Drinking alone is fun too🎶.
I drink as much as I want with my favorite drink and my favorite food ❣️ when I drink at a restaurant.
I can't stop once I'm hooked.

Hello, sakéran😊.
I would love to go to Yamanaka Sake store ⤴️⤴️ for women to be able to drink a variety of sake in small portions.
I see your sake here has a more modern taste than the label suggests! I'd like to try it😄

Hi Pon-chan.
I appreciate that Yamanaka and Asano have different variations of sake.
If you ever need to use JR for anything, please let me know!
