I always buy Akabu's seasonal sake when I see it (I feel like I say that every time).
It's been a little while since I drank it, but I knew it was the one for a day at the beach.
The aroma is rummy and sour.
When you drink it, it has a chili-swirling 🫧 rummy sweetness, a full-bodied and refreshing sourness that comes and goes.
I'm probably saying almost the same thing as last year...
There is still chile after a few days.
The juice is sweet and sour, like plum, lemon, or grapefruit, and the aroma is soft and sweet, typical of Akabu.
It's always a good, stable tasting Akabu 🍶.
Maybe next time on ⛰️?
