I'm glad he always thinks of me. 😊 Considering the name of Takasago, it seems like it would bring good luck to drink it on the 3rd day of the 3rd month, so I opened the bottle. It has a fruity flavor typical of Yamadanishiki. It has freshness and sharpness. Jikin is also delicious, but I think this one is better as a food sake. It seems that Yamadanishiki produced in Mie Prefecture is highly regarded throughout Japan. I would be even happier if you liked the SANDO Gononozo Yamadanishiki I gave you 😊.
