Tedorigawa純米吟醸 生原酒 石川門
Termat
I wanted a sake that would pair well with Kikuhime, so I chose Tetorigawa.
This is the first sake made with Ishikawamon.
The aroma is not very strong, but when you drink it, you can feel the nuance of pear.
It is a very exquisitely designed, low-alcohol sake, but not too sweet, with an elegant and gentle sweetness probably derived from Ishikawamon, and although it has a sake level of 0, it is quite sharp and fragile, with a good sharpness. Although there is a sense that it might become too thin the moment it is watered down, thanks to the use of the original sake design, it is a gem that is neither too thin nor too thick, a model of sake that is not too thin nor too thick.
It has the carbonation of a slightly carbonated beverage, and the pleasant sweetness and low alcohol content make it easy to guzzle if you are not careful, and you may end up with a bottle that tastes good but is quickly consumed. It is very delicate. It seems to reflect the delicacy of the sake rice.
I would like to drink this bottle while devoting my tongue to sake as if I were admiring a flower. It was the exact opposite of Kikuhime, as I had hoped, and a good sake at the same time. Hokuriku sake may be affected by accessibility, but I hope it will be appreciated more 🥺.
And above all, it is cheap. The price of the fourth bottle was 1,700 yen (excluding tax). Tedorigawa is cheap overall.

Termat
I don't want to compare it with other sake, but the goodness of the throat feeling may be influenced by the refreshing bitterness like a pilsner. In short, it is not sweet and spicy, but sweet and bitter (not the characteristic strong bitterness of Kuheiji Omachi).

WOM
Termat. This is a wonderful, unparalleled and overwhelming repo. This is exactly what Kikuhime and the pair are. I think that Mr. Yoshida is the best user of Ishikawa-mon.

Good evening, WOM! Interesting to hear about Ishikawa's unique sake rice! Yoshida-san's sake is definitely the best. I'll try Yoshida Kurau next time to compare our drinks!
