I bought this hiyaoroshi Orange label last year at the brewery 😀 It's been a year since I've had it again. This time it is a joint brew by "Kagatobi" Fukumitsuya and "Tani Izumi" Tsuruno Sake Brewery😊✨This sake is based on the brewing formula of the previous "Tani Izumi Special Junmai Nama Genzake Orange". The sake rice was brewed with surviving rice that was rescued from a warehouse that was completely destroyed. ✨🤔
The aroma is fresh and sweet, as is typical of the nama nama sake 😘The mouthfeel is gentle and soft, with a clean aftertaste 😚👍It's a delicious sake with a nice sharp taste 🥳.
TANIZUMI brewed by a young master brewer is one of the breweries that I hope will do well ✨Please give my best regards to everyone 🙇It's a delicious sake 😘.
