Today is our sashimi day, so I thought 🤔 what to pair it with and chose this one👍.
So here we go. The standing aroma is Muscat and Inaho plus a little alcohol.
In the mouth, there is acidity and a crisp spiciness, followed by the sweetness of the rice.
Serve with sashimi. The black sea bream was especially fatty and brought out the sweetness of this sake and the hint of aroma. ☺️ wife liked the red tuna 😊.
