It has a delicious spiciness in the mouth, and a roughness that is characteristic of new sake. It has been a delicate impression so far, but this time it has a core.
It is delicious with dried fish, canned crab, and oyaki. I would like to try it with Nozawa no Oyu-ni (Nozawa oil stew) 😊Delicious✨.
