AKABU SNOW XMAS 2024 ✨🎄🎅.
It's become a seasonal drink, but I wanted to taste it again this year, and now that I've procured it, I'm going to drink it 🤗.
The bottle opened easily and quietly. ☺️ If you start from the top, there is not much gas when you pour it into the sake cup. The aroma is clear and thin, with hints of pear and muscat. In the mouth, there is a very slight bubbling, with a good amount of fruity sweetness while maintaining a strong acidity.
The acidity is firm with just the right amount of fruity sweetness, but the second half has a mature, full, bitter dryness that will send you into a devil-may-care repeat mode 🤩.
The creaminess is enhanced when mixed with lees 💪.
This year's SNOW was also delicious 😄
