Evening drink at home.
After work, I drank a little with small bottles.
The first bottle was a bottle of "Taisetsukei", an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake.
The first bottle is Taisetsukei. It has a nice, slightly effervescent feeling,
fresh and refreshing sweetness and acidity.
The finish is clean and delicious. It is a delicious sake with a clean aftertaste.
I would definitely buy this sake again if I could find it in a bottle larger than a four-pack.
