This is Toko at the first opening of the New Year!
Thank you from the bottom of my heart to my relatives who came back from Yamagata!
It's the first time for me, so I'm looking forward to it... I'll have it with a glass of Hana-Ryoe Usuhari!
The aroma is a little alty.
Without the orikori (a kind of oriole)...the taste is...sweet...acidity! Sourness! I like this! (Completely fallen)
The sweetness is rather strong but also gentle, and the acidity is nice.
The bitterness is not so strong, but the aftertaste is not too strong.
This is delicious........and if you add cucumber to it, the milky taste will be added too!
This year has seen many events since New Year's Day, so it is not easy to say that I am at peace, but I would like to wish everyone a happy and prosperous New Year....
