This dish will expand your knowledge of Japanese sake. However, I would like to make a point that the label says "origami" but I can't see any origami on it⁉︎ The label was designed by Enka Kamekawa. Many of the labels are of cute girls, especially Amabie, aren't they? It's called "Walk on the Wild Side. I don't know the exact meaning, but this is a cool word.
After about three days, the quirkiness faded and the taste was mild!
