I wanted to make it cold because I talked too much with my friends, but it was already room temperature.
The dense sweet aroma has a hint of alcohol.
When you drink it, it is surprisingly fresh and smooth.
Peach, a little green of Japanese butterbur. Fruity acidity.
Tingling sensation.
It spreads slowly afterwards,
The taste is as rich and delicious as the initial aroma.
The end is sharp bittersweet.
This is what I like with shigure-ni-ni tuna.
