I'm not always a fan of Mt. Love, but I think I could go for a camokin!
The aroma is grapefruit, rummy, and slightly sweet.
When you drink it, it's ooey-gooey, thick and moist, and sweet. The tangy acidity is rounded out by a hint of bitterness.
This is delicious!
The next day, it seems to be mellower and less bitter than yesterday.
I wonder if the bitterness comes out as the temperature rises, rather than the passage of time. I like it better when it is chilled because it has less bitterness and is clearer.
It is clear but has a moderate umami flavor, and is a delicious sake that can be enjoyed on its own or as an in-between-dinner drink.

Hi Jay & Nobby, ☀️
I didn't know you two were also ‼️ I had an image of something thick, sweet and bitter 🤔💦.
This one has the sweetness of rice, but is so refreshing that I think it will meet international standards ✨👍Kinky Kamokin by all means 😆🦆.
