Tenmei no Nakadori Sanggo.
The orikomi appears to be a little hard. The fragrance is clear and clean, with a slight scent of rice. The overtone aroma is also quite clear. The mouthfeel is light and smooth. The umami flavor stands out on the palate, and the sweetness and acidity are very moderate. The sharpness is also good.
The third issue of this season is already here... it's early...
I've been drinking mostly sake from Tokyo recently, and I rarely drink sake from my hometown Fukushima, but Tenmei is a brand I want to be conscious of and drink with which I have a connection.
