もよもよ
This is a crop that I've had before but haven't kept much of a record of. It's a well-known sake and relatively easy to find, so I tend to put it off, but since it was at the store, I had to try it.
Enochi is the name of the Saku series. I looked it up and found that it is the most major one. I thought it was a type of rice, but it is not.
It is a refreshingly fruity sake. It is rather light, but has a strong aroma. I think it has a fruity flavor like apples or pears. But the sweetness is kept low, so it seems to go well with food.
