disry
This year, I have hardly been able to keep up with the Koei Chrysanthemums.... But I absolutely must drink Anaguri, and welcomed it to the fridge as a priority!
The aroma is, surprisingly, muscat, mixed with ripe aroma. The gassiness is quite weak. The image of Koueikiku was that of a fresh wine! The image of Koei Chrysanthemum as "the freshness" is now long gone.
Both sweetness and acidity are refreshing. Quite refreshing.
The acidity is crisp and finishes without much bitterness.
I drank it over a period of three days, but it became more drinkable day by day, and I realized that this kind of current Kouei Chrysanthemum style is also possible. I stand corrected when I said that it might not be good enough for the company!
But I do wish they would revive the low-alcohol line....
