First Concept Worker's Selection in a long time. I was attracted by the persimmon label. The aroma is more cemedine than fruity. The color is exactly like a persimmon. The sense that the sake has been well aged in the traditional sake brewing process is evident in the bottle. It has a sugary taste like plum wine, but it is not too sweet and has a refreshing finish.
