Kimishimaya's second drink was the Yonotori Zukan's Karoura, which I wanted to try.
It is a kijo-zake brewed with a combination of koji mold called kumonosukabi.
The aroma is mild and fruity, like white grapes. There is a hint of gas, which diffuses the sweetness well. The mouthfeel is smooth and the white grape-like sweetness spreads widely and deeply, but the gas softens the sweetness in a good way, and the acidity is mild but accentuates it, making the sake drinkable like a juice 😋.

Hello ichiro18. I can't get regular Yonotori anymore either, probably because of the guy who bought it at my favorite liquor store and resold it. 😢 I was able to buy about 4 bottles last year.
