Knowing the secrets of Bunraku
R4BY is the first of the three brews, and the first one is Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu. Slightly effervescent, smooth, fine, and elegant sweetness spreads out surrounded by bright citrus acidity, and the ginjo aroma, reminiscent of banana and pear, creates a pleasant mouthfeel.
