☀️ Masamune hunters go today🍶. I went to the store as soon as I saw Takeshi Kubojima's post. I was able to drink it just before it ran out. Thank you 🙏. It has a slight amber color. The aroma that wafts through the air also has a slight sweetness to it. ☺️ The sweetness has a clear outline on the palate. It is like ripe fruit, peach or persimmon 🍑. The mouthfeel is soft and goes well with udon noodles 😚. The ginjo aroma is sweet, mellow, and wonderful, and the aroma of the unrefined sake reaches all five senses. It also goes well with udon soup 😚. The udon is firm and chewy, and the sweetness of the broth mixed with the ginger & grated ginger is mild & wildly delicious 🥹. The rice cake and shrimp toppings are also very satisfying to eat with the broth and udon. I forgot about the sake and ate about half of the udon alone. You can drink sake and the udon is delicious. It was the best 😆. The second half of the review was a review of udon because it was so good 😅. I'll try to get back on track and do my usual Nice Masamune👍

Good morning, Hiro 😃. I often enjoy Soba with Sake 🍶, but I don't think I've ever had Udon with it 🤔. But your great review of Udonowa made me want to try udon 😋. Nice udon👍

Good morning, Jay & Nobby ☀☀☀. Thank you for the "nice udon👍" 😆. The dashi broth and sake match each other to make it more like a dashiwari. The chewy udon is also irresistible 🤤.
