Takatsugu
The first bottle of "Nagoshi Sake", the first seasonal sake from Collage, which is my favorite.
It is brewed with 100% Hashu Homare, a sake rice from Yamagata. It has a pleasant acidity followed by a fruity taste. It has a seasonal pear-like impression. This sake can be easily matched with any autumnal dishes.
I want to taste all of the seasonal sakes from Collage someday. Delicious: ‼️
