Today I went to the Aomori Fair ❗️ Oirase and then bought Hachinohe fish and Toyobai at the Hachishoku Center😄Fun 😋.
So let's get started. The first aroma is apple. The first thing you notice on the palate is a slightly sweet and soft mouthfeel. Then the sourness spreads and the finish is crisp and tight. I have a feeling it will go well with fish.
I served it with grilled hokke (dried hokke). The fatty hokke is delicious ‼️ and this sake washes away the fat in a good way and refreshes the mouth. Nice 👍😍.
