Ichinomiya & Local Sake Tour Vol. 8 & 9
I went to Kagoshima in GW: ✈️
We stopped at the following 2 places in Kagoshima
Kagoshima Jingu, the first shrine in Osumi
Satsumakuni Ichinomiya Haimon shrine
The shrine is dedicated to the god of the harvest of the sea and the harvest of the mountains, and we could see the Tamatebako (a small wooden box with a handkerchief in it).
We could have stopped by a sake shop, but we had too many things to do like taking a sand bath and so on 😅So we couldn't stay for more than 30 minutes and we could buy only Kagoshima products at Tenpyo.
The aroma is strong, but the first taste is the lightest and least alcoholic one I've ever tasted.
It has a mild taste like water, and in the second half, a sweet taste like melon and rice comes in.
Personally, I would prefer a little more alcohol, but this is also easy to drink and delicious.
I would love to travel again!
