The second Shinshu Kamerei Festival (^o^): I get a regular sake called "Akakame". Normal sake is sold only in Ueda. It seemed to be sold in supermarkets, but it was sold out at the place I went. I found a lot of it at a souvenir shop.
I was curious to know what kind of alcohol was added to Shinshu Kamerei, so I tried it. The aroma was like the usual green apple aroma with a little alcohol. The aroma is mild. When drinking it, it has a sweet taste and a slight carbonation. From there, there is more sourness and bitterness than the usual Kamerei from the sweetness. It finishes dry. First of all, this level is impossible for a normal sake. It is slightly carbonated while being fire-aged. The cosba is too good. The dryness that is typical of Aruzoe is good for me. The sweetness is emphasized at the beginning, so this dryness is good. It's really good. If you are a local, you should always have a bottle on hand. I'm sure I'll buy a lot of it the next time I go back (lol).

Jay & Nobby Good evening (^o^) I was taken by surprise (lol) I have been aiming for Ueda ever since I decided to go there. I didn't realize it was so tasty for about 1100 yen a piece. I want to be a citizen of Ueda (lol) Next time, by all means!
