After praying at the Omiya Hikawa Shrine ⛩️, I immediately went to drink a cup of sake for myself (although there is no God in it at all lol;)
I guess this is the place to go for my main purpose 🤣.
First up was Tasake Tokubetsu Junmai Yamadanishiki!
It has both a pretty solid umami and a sharp taste 😋.
It has a sweetness, but it's easy to drink and seems like it would be good with a meal. 👍️
