I opened a bottle yesterday at noon with the intention of using it as a sacred sake. It's my first sake of the year, and it's a luxurious sake 😄 No matter what I drink, it's always delicious, with the typical Koyoshiku taste. I'm not sure what the difference is, but I'm sure it's delicious.
